L'appellation Coteaux du Loir in date of 1948 is located mainly in the Sarthe
around and prolongation of the Slopes of Jasnières. The red wines of Coteaux du
Loir can be elaborate with various type of vines, but on our field we use only
that Pineau d'Aunis, type of vine historical of our valley of le Loir and the
Loire Valley since the Middle Ages.
